Wedding Photography Packages:
Thank you for considering booking the services of Donna Benjamin Photography. Donna has worked as a photographer since 2001 and has photographed weddings in various locations in the U.K., New York, Jamaica, Dominica, St. Lucia and Barbados. She has a contemporary style to her photography but she is also able to produce traditional and reportage images.
A wedding day is one of the most special days in your life. You need a photographer to capture all the hard work you have done, from the look of the venue, researching for those personalised favours, the bridesmaid dresses that you took hours looking for online and last but not least the dress or suit!!!
As a photographer, I pay great attention to detail to everything that you have so carefully selected for your wedding day. People say that I am so friendly that they actually forget that I am the photographer; they think I am one of the couples guests. It's a lovely compliment and it is definitely true. If you want a photographer that fits in with your wedding... is professional but friendly...look no further.
Please find a list below of the different packages available for your wedding. Please note that a tailor made package is available if the below packages do not cater for your requirements.
Included in the packages:
- Images of the couple and the wedding party.
- Images of the ceremony and the reception (photographing: friends, family, speeches, cutting of the cake and until the first dance).
- Approximately 600 - 1500 images are taken of the day, depending on the package.
- All images are edited.
- A predominate amount of the images will be in colour as well as black & white and sepia.
- All images are high resolution and supplied on a USB.
- The client is able to copy or print any of the images for personal use.

Registry Office & Small Weddings (Under 60 Guests)
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for registry office weddings and small weddings with Donna Benjamin Photography. By booking our services, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. This service is available for registry office weddings and small weddings (under 60 guests) only.
1.2. Coverage options include 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours, with a maximum coverage of 2 hours.
1.3. This service is available in London and Greater London only. If your wedding is outside these areas, please contact us for availability and additional costs.
1.4. The service is available for weddings taking place in February and March 2025 only.
1.5. The total cost is £375, which must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
1.6. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. What’s Included
2.1. Clients will receive 50 professionally edited digital images, which they can select via our website.
2.2. Additional images may be purchased separately at an extra cost.
2.3. Final edited images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 4 weeks of selection.
2.4. Raw (unedited) images will not be provided.
3. Additional Costs
3.1. Travel outside of London and Greater London will incur additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
3.2. Additional images beyond the included 50 can be purchased separately at the rates provided on our website.
4. Usage Rights & Copyright
4.1. Donna Benjamin Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images.
4.2. Clients receive a personal use license, allowing them to print, share, and use the images for personal purposes.
4.3. Images may be used by Donna Benjamin Photography for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer your images not to be used, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.
5. Limitations & Liabilities
5.1. While every effort is made to capture high-quality images, factors such as weather, venue restrictions, and lighting conditions may affect the final results.
5.2. Donna Benjamin Photography is not responsible for any missed shots due to external circumstances, guest interference, or venue restrictions.
5.3. In the rare event of an emergency (e.g., illness, equipment failure), every reasonable effort will be made to provide a replacement photographer or issue a full refund.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
6.1. Bookings are non-refundable.
6.2. Rescheduling is only permitted in exceptional circumstances and is subject to availability.
6.3. If the event is canceled by the client for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
7. General Terms
7.1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
7.2. By booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
